There are many common reasons why college seniors may experience anxiety as they transition away from university life. Similarly, transitioning into a full-time job sometimes means moving to a new area, leaving behind your social circle, and embracing financial independence, all of which may add pressure and stress onto life.

Remind yourself that you are not “behind,” and there is no timeline for life.
