Therapy for

Health Care Workers

You’re a healthcare professional, so you must have it all figured out, right?!

In reality you are a clinician AND a human — carrying the same hurts, doubts, and struggles as everyone else.

There’s intense pressure to be flawless. You’re often held to a higher standard both on and off the floor clinic, or unit.

Experiencing imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue, or burnout does NOT make you any less skilled, caring, or worthy as a doctor, nurse, EMT, respiratory therapist or ANY healthcare professional.

You deserve the same support, understanding, and compassion you offer your patients. It’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to carry this alone.

Client Story

Trevor* was numb. He’s a nurse and should know how to mange all this. But his days bleed into on another as a blur of bad sleep, too much caffeine, the too bright lights of the ER over and over and over. He deals with peoples worsts days everyday but feels like his own world is closing in.

Trevor* called us for therapy after months of feeling like he could just do this alone. He was so worried he no one would understand the unique stressors he faces as nurse. BUT Trever was met with compassion, curiosity, and humanity. Trevor and his therapist worked together to break down her barriers and process his overwhelm and secondary trauma. He was able to create stronger work life boundaries and find glimmers in his everyday.
